The Original Scissorman was established over 35 years ago by Stephen Gwalter, with a simple mission: to give salons a professional, on-site sharpening and servicing solution — removing the risk and hassle of sending valuable tools away through the post.
Today the company is owned and run by Luke Langford, Stephen's stepson, who has been an integral part of the business for over a decade. Working side-by-side with the founder, Luke learned the trade inside out and earned the trust of clients across the South of England.
That same hands-on expertise — knowledge passed from founder to next-generation expert — goes into every blade we supply and every edge we restore.
